JL-WH08Mn is used in conjunction with flux JL-SJ101 for welding carbon steel and corresponding low strength alloy steels such as Q235.

Characteristics

JL-WH08Mn is a copper plated non alloy submerged arc welding wire, and the weld metal has excellent mechanical properties when welding with flux JL-SJ101

Requirements for S & P Content of Welding Flux :

1.S ≤ 0.050%

2.P ≤ 0.060%

Note

Flux should be baked at 250-400℃ for 1-2 hours before use. Welding wire should be dry, Free of oil and rust before use.

Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
