Application

Application: It can be used for automatic submerged arc welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel with equivalent strength level, in chemical industry, ships, boilers, etc. such as Q345 steel.

Characteristics

JL-WEH14 is compatible with sintered flux JL-SJ101, ensuring stable arc combustion, beautiful weld bead formation, easy slag removal, and high low-temperature impact value of the weld metal.

Requirements for S & P Content of Welding Flux :

S ≤ 0.050%

P ≤ 0.060%

Note

Flux should be baked at 250-400℃ for 1-2 hours before use. Welding wire should be dry, Free of oil and rust before use.

Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
